Task 5

To produce an on screen presentation

Power Point’s main usage is to produce on screen presentations. These are often used at events such as conferences to give high impact presentations the like of which could never be achieved using conventional acetate OHP slides. Presentations can include colour, animation and, even video clips.

TASK 5

Produce an on screen presentation to show statistics regarding the Autumn 2000 term for TU studies IT courses. The information you require is shown below. Include the following:-

• A list of the Unions of which students are members

• List the 5 largest employers and the total number of companies

• Show a pie chart of students by Trade Union

• Show a pie chart of students by Age Group

• Show a pie chart of students by Employer (with a section for 'others')

• Show a graph of student numbers for each of the 5 courses.
