OBJECTIVE
To produce an organisation chart
The structure of an organisation be it the management or the trade union structure within a company is often shown in the form of a chart. These charts not only show the names and titles of the members of the organisation but also show the hierarchical arrangement and the groupings within sub-organisation. A chart could show for example a managing director with three cell managers, each cell manager with a number of team leaders and then list the names of each operator reporting to these team leaders.
TASK 4
Produce an organisation chart for your own trade union structure from representative / shop steward upwards. Alternatively produce a chart for your work place based upon a management structure. If you do not have information on any of the above then reproduce the union structure shown in the example.
